Alina Lushnikova has joined C21 as the first PhD candidate on the consortium.
She holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive science. Before joining the HCI team at the University of Luxembourg, she worked in the ICT domain for several years, improving and analysing user experience while working in multiple roles. Passionate about teamwork, Alina is excited about the C21 project because it responds to the challenges of the modern world where most relevant problems cannot be resolved in isolation and require communication, empathy, and co-creation.
She will work on C21 research challenge 3b “Metrics and Methods to Assess Collaboration Experiences” under the supervision of Prof. Vincent Koenig.
